Skills Domain (Consolidated Capabilities)

The SKILLS domain (Consolidated Capabilities) of innovation describes the most common level of capability development by most people. This includes level of innovation attribute and prowess expectations in technacy development. SKILLS capability is relative to the dominant Technology Type and/or applied context being learned.

Progression along the SKILLS domain from the EMERGENT-SKILLS to the COMPETENT-SKILLS and SOPHISTICATED-SKILLS expects the learner to use and combine associations between digital or resistant materials, devices and processes towards a project or task briefing: the purpose of the task or project context is coherently perceived as driving all activity.
